Since 2010 Mayo Pink Ribbon has organised events to raise much needed funds for breast cancer research at the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. Our main fundraising event is our ANNUAL CHARITY CYCLE which takes place on the Saturday of the May Bank Holiday weekend. In 2023 that date falls on April 29th. 

WE HAVE TWO CYCLE ROUTES – 51KM AND 108KM.

These routes have proven to be hugely enjoyable and they showcase some of Mayo’s most magnificent scenery.  A huge part of their charm is the warm welcome and support extended to all cyclists by the communities along the way. Ours is a community-based, community-led event.
